SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer tracked international shipping to the United States, Canada, Europe, and select countries worldwide.

Estimated total delivery times (processing + transit):
• United States: 5 – 12 business days
• Canada, Europe & UK: 8 – 14 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 – 18 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Groomocity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
